Dive into the essentials of preparing for and presenting yourself in a musical theatre audition.

Students will learn how to select the right song, polish 16-bar cuts, slate effectively, understand what to bring, and more. Performers will also build confidence and learn how to present themselves in a dance audition, no matter their experience level, while practicing strategies for picking up choreography quickly and performing with energy and focus.

While we will not be teaching the exact audition combinations used at our upcoming auditions, this workshop will cover many of the same skills needed to succeed. Open to students entering grades 8-12.
